The session kicked off with our presentation on common topics arising in the local conveyancing industry and which we regularly deal with in the course of our work. These include buying a property on trust, performing a decoupling transaction between the owners of a property, transferring a property by way of a gift deed, and the legal implications of inheriting a property.
This was followed by a lively Q&A session with our audience where we exchanged observations on the current market climate, practices and transaction patterns. It was a delight to meet the real estate professionals who share our enthusiasm and experience in advising and acting in various property-related matters in our country’s ever-developing landscape.
