The transactions she has handled include the following:

  • Sale and purchase of HDB flats and HDB shophouses; 
  • Sale and purchase of commercial and industrial properties;
  • Sale and purchase of buildings under construction;
  • Fractional sale and purchase (decoupling);
  • Sub-sale and sub-purchase of buildings under construction;
  • Purchase of property sold via sheriff’s sale;
  • Refinancing and redemption of loans;
  • Application for use of Central Provident Fund monies;
  • Transfer pursuant to divorce order;
  • Transfer pursuant to trust deed;
  • Transfer by way of gift;
  • Lodgment of notice of death;
  • Transmission application on death of proprietor;
  • Transfer pursuant to grant of letter of administration and grant of probate;
  • Application for replacement of certificate of title;
  • Severance of joint tenancy;
  • Drafting and reviewing tenancy agreements.

Si Rui has acted for the CPF Board and various local and foreign banks, including UOB, DBS, OCBC, CIMB, Standard Chartered, Maybank, Hong Leong Finance, Citibank and Sing Investments.
