Luke undertakes a wide range of civil, family and commercial litigation work under the supervision of a Senior Director.
Luke has acted and assisted counsel on a wide spectrum of practice areas covering civil and commercial litigation, matrimonial disputes, insolvency/bankruptcy, Wills and Probate, Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and landlord - tenant claims. He has experience advising and acting for insurers, claimants, defendants and third parties on a variety of personal injury and property damage (PIPD) matters, including motor and personal accidents, worksite injury claims and claims with parallel criminal proceedings.
He is experienced in both contentious and general advisory work. In relation to non-contentious work, Luke has been involved in the preparation and review of shareholders’ agreements, share sale and purchase agreements and various types of services agreements.
Luke has experience in Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) mechanisms at alternative forums such as the Singapore Mediation Centre, the Family Resolution Chambers and the Child Focused Resolution Centre (CFRC).
Luke graduated from the University of Manchester with a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) degree in 2015 and was subsequently called to the Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor in Singapore.
Luke is fluent in both English and Mandarin.
