Kanthan Raghavendra is an accomplished general litigation lawyer with a robust portfolio in civil, criminal, and family law. With 4 years of post-qualification experience, he has developed a strong proficiency in handling complex legal matters and delivering favourable outcomes for his clients. Before qualifying as a lawyer, Kanthan gained extensive experience as a paralegal, working in various law firms, and covering multiple areas of law.

Called to the Singapore bar since 2020, he has undertaken a wide and diverse range of contentious and non-contentious matters in the following areas:

• Civil claims for both companies and individual clients, including appeals.
• Criminal cases ranging from property offences to sexual offences.
• Diverse family law matters, including simplified and contested divorce applications, annulment, and guardianship applications.
• Wills & Probate matters, including uncontested MCA/LPA and variation of deputyship orders.
• Various types of disputes.
• Accident claims involving personal injury, road traffic, WICA, industrial and public liability including complex industrial accident matters.

 
Volunteer Work and Interests:
 
Kanthan is also an active volunteer lawyer with several legal aid and community organizations. He firmly believes that his legal training is a powerful tool for assisting everyday Singaporeans with their legal issues and he has a particular commitment to helping less privileged individuals and families.
